Frequently asked
Do I need an account to use the app?
Yes. Adding and editing cabinets, saving, and exporting a cut list all need an account. Without one you can only look around: the new-room form, rotating the scene, the example projects and the settings stay open. The design and the cut list are still computed inside your phone; the account is for keeping your projects and opening them on another device.
How do I move my projects to another phone?
Two ways. Your projects live in your account, so signing in with the same account on the other device is enough. Or share the project as a .d3d file and open that file on the other device; both ends need you signed in.
What format is the cut list?
Cut lists and bills of materials are exported as CSV, technical drawings as PDF. You can send the CSV straight to a panel-cutting service.
What units are used?
Millimetres by default. You can switch to centimetres or inches in Settings; every field in the app follows your choice.
Which languages does the app support?
Eighteen: Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), English, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Turkish. You can change the app language in Settings.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on the Data deletion page.
