Design3dPrivacy Policy

This policy covers the Design3dHome mobile app and the design3dhome.com website.
In short
- Designing needs an account; without one you can only look around, and then no data reaches us at all.
- If you create an account, we keep only what is needed toidentify you and back up your projects.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no data selling.
- This website uses no cookies.
1. Definitions
- Application: the mobile app named Design3dHome.
- Service: the Application together with the
design3dhome.comwebsite. - Account: the registration you create to access the Service.
- Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Service provider: a third party that helps us run the Service and processes data on our behalf.
- Device: the phone, tablet or computer you use to reach the Service.
- You: the person using the Service.

3. Data collected if you create an account

Projects are stored in the app's own project format (room dimensions, cabinets, materials, colours and the project name). We do not collect your location, contacts, photo gallery or device identifiers.
If you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, the only things that provider sends us are the items listed in the table above. We do not access your friend list, your posts or anything else, and we never post on your behalf. Your password never reaches us.
4. How long we keep it
- Account data: for as long as your account exists.
- Cloud projects: until you delete them or close your account.
- After an account deletion request: your account closes at once and you are signed out everywhere. The data stays for another 30 days; during that window you can restore the account by signing in. When the window closes, your email address, name, phone number, profile photo, linked sign-in methods and cloud projects are permanently deleted.
- Support correspondence: at most 12 months after your request is closed.
Where a law requires us to keep a particular record for longer, only that record is kept, and only for as long as it must be.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR and KVKK you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. You can correct your profile inside the app and export your projects as .d3d files. If you want a copy of everything we hold in your account, write tosupport@design3dhome.comfrom the email address registered to your account and we will send it to you. We answer every request within 30 days.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you keep the right to complain to your country's data protection authority. In Türkiye that authority is KVKK.
6. Deleting your data
You can delete your account from inside the app:Profile → Account → Delete my account. The full steps, and the deletion by email route, are on the Data deletion page. We suggest exporting your projects as .d3d files first — once the 30-day window closes, the cloud backup can no longer be opened.
If you never created an account there is nothing to delete — your data was only ever on your device and goes when you uninstall.
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Every request is authenticated with a short-lived session key tied to your account. Your password never reaches us in plain text; we store only an irreversible hash of it.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page and the date above is updated. Changes take effect when they are posted here. For an important change we also tell you inside the app.
